Olyra was founded by Ana Fernandes after two decades of delivering technology inside real operations — project management, software delivery, and IT leadership across healthcare and enterprise environments. The pattern she kept seeing: organizations don't struggle to buy AI, they struggle to operationalize it. Strategies without implementation plans. Pilots without governance. Tools without adoption.
Olyra was built as the counter-model: an AI partner that owns the outcome from strategy through working systems — and measures the result against a baseline, like an operator would.
