Clear engagement models. No open-ended meters.
Defined-scope work is fixed-fee, agreed before we begin. Ongoing leadership is a flat monthly tier. Every proposal shows what's included, what's excluded, and what would trigger a re-scope — so the number your CFO approves is the number on the invoice.
How does Olyra price its services? Four models. (1) Fixed-fee diagnostics and strategy: the AI Operations Audit and strategy engagements are priced before work begins, based on organization size and the departments, workflows, and systems in scope. (2) Monthly fractional leadership: three published tiers with a three-month minimum. (3) Per-session workshops: half-day and full-day at published rates. (4) Phased implementation: each Olyra 120 phase is separately scoped and fixed-fee, so you commit one gate at a time. Typical ranges are published below; exact fees are confirmed on a 30-minute scoping call.
Typical investment by engagement
USD. Ranges reflect typical mid-market scope; final fees are confirmed at scoping and depend on the factors listed below.
| Engagement | Best for | Typical timeline | Typical investment |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI Operations Audit | The factual starting point: ranked opportunities + 120-day roadmap | 2 weeks | Fixed fee, quoted at scoping |
| AI Strategy & Roadmapping | Board-ready strategy, business cases, build-vs-buy, budget | 2–3 weeks | $25,000–$35,000 |
| Fractional AI Leadership | Ongoing executive AI ownership | 3+ months | From $5,000 / $10,000 / $15,000 per month |
| Workshops | Leadership alignment and team upskilling | Half or full day | $6,000 half-day · $10,000 full-day |
| Pre-Built AI Agent Modules | Plug-in automation, judgment kept human | 2–4 weeks per module | Fixed configuration fee per module + predictable monthly support |
| Implementation (per Olyra 120 phase) | Custom agents, automation, integration, dashboards | 30 days per phase | Fixed fee per phase, quoted at Gate 0/1 |
| Program Oversight | Independent assurance on active programs | Monthly | Scaled to program size, quoted at scoping |
Ranges are typical starting points, not quotes. On-site delivery adds travel and, for workshops, a facility surcharge.
What changes the number — in both directions
Scope breadth
Number of departments, workflows, locations, and legal entities in scope.
Systems complexity
Modern APIs price lower than legacy ERPs, custom databases, and fax-era document flows.
Data readiness
Clean, accessible data shortens discovery; heavy remediation extends it — we tell you at scoping.
Governance requirements
Regulated data (PHI, financial records) adds review steps and controls worth pricing honestly.
Your team's capacity
More internal execution lowers fees; full-service delivery raises them.
Urgency
Compressed timelines are possible and priced as such — never silently.
Commit one gate at a time
Implementation is sold phase by phase on the Olyra 120: each phase ends at a decision gate with usable outputs, and you fund the next phase only when the previous one has earned it. No multi-year commitments, no penalty for stopping at a gate — the roadmap and everything built stays yours either way. Fractional leadership runs month to month after the initial three, scaling with 30 days' notice.
Every engagement includes:
- A written scope: included, excluded, and re-scope triggers
- A named senior engagement lead
- Baselines before work and measurement after
- All artifacts and IP assigned to you
- No vendor commissions or referral fees — ever
You won't find:
- Open-ended hourly billing that rewards slowness
- Change orders for things we should have foreseen
- Junior benches learning on your invoice
- Lock-in: proprietary platforms you can't leave
Pricing FAQ
Why isn't the Audit price published?
Because its scope genuinely varies with organization size and the number of workflows in play, and a single number would be wrong in both directions. It is quoted as a fixed fee on the scoping call, before any work begins, with no obligation afterward — the same discipline as everything else.
Are the published ranges negotiable?
The ranges reflect real scope, so the honest lever is scope, not discounting: narrower department coverage, more internal execution, or phased starts all lower the number. Multi-service programs (e.g., workshop + audit + first implementation phase) are priced as a package at scoping.
What payment terms do you offer?
Fixed-fee engagements: typically 50% to schedule, 50% on delivery. Monthly services: invoiced monthly in advance. We can work within reasonable procurement and PO processes — see the procurement page.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
No — and be wary of consultancies that offer one, because it prices in the clients they plan to disappoint. What we offer instead is structural: fixed scope, decision gates where you can stop, honest no-go recommendations in writing, and deliverables that are yours regardless.
