Workshops & Executive Education

Working sessions, not lectures. Your leadership team leaves with decisions made, opportunities ranked, and language everyone shares — in half a day or a full day.

What are Olyra's AI workshops? Facilitated working sessions for boards, executive teams, and operating leaders that turn AI from an abstract topic into concrete decisions. Formats: half-day (4 hours, up to 40 participants, materials included), full-day (6–8 hours, up to 50 participants, workbook, templates, and 30 days of follow-up support), and custom programs. Topics span AI strategy for executive teams, opportunity identification, governance and responsible AI, boards' oversight duties, vendor evaluation, readiness, workforce adoption, department-specific opportunities, and the first 90 days of implementation.

Outcomes

What participants leave with

Decisions, not notes

Each workshop ends with ranked opportunities, named owners, and agreed next steps — captured in a follow-up brief.

Shared language

Executives, IT, legal, and operations leave with the same definitions of risk tiers, readiness, and value — which is half of governance.

Materials that keep working

Templates, scorecards, and the workbook stay with your team; full-day sessions include 30 days of follow-up support.

Questions

Workshop FAQ

Who should attend?

The people who will fund, govern, and live with AI decisions: executive teams, board members, operations and department leaders, and the IT/legal partners who make adoption real. The best sessions mix authority (to decide) with operational knowledge (to keep it honest).

How is preparation handled?

A short scoping call plus a pre-session questionnaire; for full-day sessions we review sample workflows or documents in advance so exercises run on your reality, not hypotheticals. Preparation costs your team an hour, not a week.

Virtual or on-site?

Standard delivery is virtual and works well. On-site is available across the Americas with a facility surcharge plus travel and accommodation — worth it for board sessions and multi-department programs.

Can a workshop kick off a bigger engagement?

Often. A leadership workshop is a natural first step before the AI Operations Audit or a strategy engagement — alignment first, then diagnosis. Workshop fees can be discussed as part of a broader program at scoping.

Find out what AI can actually do for your operations.

Start with an AI Operations Audit — a fixed-scope diagnostic that maps your workflows, scores your AI readiness, and hands you a prioritized 120-day roadmap. If we don't find real opportunities, you'll know that too.
